“Modern Cannibalism”

 

Greetings in the name of Christ Jesus dear reader, a great big welcome to my September News Letter; you are reading this because you chose to do so.

 Thank God He gave us the freedom to chose, and when recalling this I am brought to think on the corruption in some of the people in every walk of life in this day-and-age that are indulging in the sins of the forefathers; and

Enjoying it taking away the God given freedom of choice from their fellowman; and yet we say we live in a civilized society.

 I wonder if such powers and principalities are aware that they are fighting against Almighty God in so doing; and if so, are they truly aware of the danger they are in with so doing.

 This act of suppressing others by unlawfully taking away their moral freedom in one way of the other; this is one of the spirits that greatly exist in the world today; I call it “Modern Cannibalism” but I am mindful that it is not just something that commenced in our day; but have been a devouring spirit in the world from the beginning of time.

 It began in the Garden of Eden when the devil presented his master proposition to our foremother Eve; of in truth -presented to her how she would become like God if she ate the fruit; of course this was set about by Satan with the aim in mind for him not only to commit spiritual Cannibalism on them -our four parent, but also to physically destroy them and all their offspring; and that includes our generation, and all that will come into this world until the day of the coming of Christ Jesus.

 

This spirit of mentally, temporally, morally, physically, and spiritually destroying others moved on down from the garden of Eden onto the

religious leaders of Bible times it had some massive effect back then, even so that they were the said people who organized the murder of Christ Jesus, and all that stood for truth; this have impacted generation after generation.

 This greed for Power, money, and sex -has and are still causing the lost of: lives, businesses, marriages, ambitions, godly passions, productivity in the work place, and in the Churches, you name it this spirit are alive and well.

 My  memory go back on the studies of the stone age man, and in so doing I am brought to believe such was also domed with this spirit so that -the stronger and wiser not aid the less fortunate, that was not of their turf; but in contrary they took their every freedom from them even their lives.

 This have caused me to reflect on the era when actual cannibalism was the way of life in many nations; why, humans were literally eaten; and I wonder

Which is the worse: to be actually killed for consumption or to be spiritually, mentally, temporally, consumed, which has and still is possible of leavening one Discourage to the point of no return.     

 Probably actual cannibalism did not take place in the Bible lands; and may not take place in the majority of the so called civilize societies today, but may I remind some of us and awake others that in some of our modern homes, families, schools, work places, Churches, and let us not forget the Governments of our lands some today are greatly guilty of committing this heinous act which I have termed “Modern Cannibalism” towards some of their family, followers, constituency, and neighbors.

 Let us one and all ask God Almighty to search us and show us how we stand before Him with this awful spirit that is consuming the nations of our world.

 May God grant us life, and health that we will be able to meet right here next month to expound on this subject.
